Bauer Media Group would be the best publisher to distribute the magazine because it has produced similar style magazines like Q and Kerrang that focus on a male audience, matching the intended audience of the magazine. What kind of institution might distribute your product and why?

I think my magazine would be distributed by an institute such as Bauer Media Group. This is because this publisher has produced magazines such as Q and Kerrang, which are a very similar style to my magazine, and so would be a more suited institute for my magazine than others such as InterMedia Partners. The main focus of the most popular Bauer produced magazines are aimed more at a male audience, as is my magazine, so would therefore be more suited to this institute, and also the genre of my magazine is similar to that of other magazines this institute distribute.

Here there are clear differences between the two types of magazine in terms of colour schemes, and house style. While there are similarities in terms of main image, namely the use of a single model or important artist as the center of attention. However it is pretty obvious that the Bauer Music Group would be more suited to distributing my particular magazine.
