on one of the three topics listed below. You will have one minute to mentally prepare your impromptu speech. You may use notes made out on 3 by 5 note cards. The speech must be made while standing before the judges. The speech should last between 1.5 and 2 minutes to receive a maximum score. TOPICS 1.
