Description: The three-volume, 1,500 page Review Course Syllabus contains outlines, reference lists, practice questions, and other study materials provided by the faculty of the 19 th Annual Preventive Medicine Board Review Course held in August 2006. The course is designed to help physicians to prepare for the American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM) Certification Examination by providing a comprehensive review of the specialty. The materials vary from year to year as faculty members revise their materials and as new faculty members are added. The topics covered each year include biostatistics, epidemiology, chronic disease, infectious disease, environmental health and medicine, behavioral medicine, public health law, occupational medicine, administration management, and specialty reviews of general preventive medicine/public health, occupational and environmental medicine, and aerospace medicine.
