Module 5 Activity
30 minutes
Review four situations, issues, problems, and challenges that can be addressed by the Cisco products covered in the module (provided in a handout from your instructor). Break into groups of five and identify as many of the opportunities and solutions as you can find in the customer scenario. After 20 minutes, present what you found to the class, and discuss different approaches.
