Generalities
The Dosipes-Combi is an industrial semiautomatic filling machine with a dosage controlled by weight which includes an additional head to closing the filled containers. Allows the filling of any kind of product that can be pumped with any external pump or a filling press as well as high as medium viscosity, with a dosing range of 6 tm/hour depending on the product and the type of containers used . Its simple design, robust, with an easy driving, a high range and precise dosage, makes the Dosipes the best dosing machine for the small and medium-size companies. For its driving, it just need an operator. The closing head for covers is bya pneumatic drive and don't needs any physical effort for it. Allows the filling of wide nozzle containers from 5 to 50 Kgs of capacity. The Dosipes-Combi has wheels that makes easy its displacement inside the factory. Together with the equipment we can supply a product feeder pump, a separator filter of solid residual particles, a positive-displacement compressor, and any kind of accessories for the specific closing of covers as well as sealing rammers and bearing plate. To complete the filling station ther's filler headstock built in pulished stainless steel for all the parts in contact with product with a double pneumatic actuator that allows the total opening of the nozzle for quick filling, the partial closing to regulates the final weight, and, the total closing for the cycle's end of filling. All these instructions are regulated by a weight unit and an electropneumatic control board that transforms the electrical signals into pneumatic COMMANDSORDERS-INSTRUCTIONS, including also the control to act over the feeding product pump. The actuation to start filling of containers is by a push-buttom placed beside of the filling head. The filling head is mounted on a support column with a clamp system that allows to adapt it to the differents heights of the filled containers.

Anti-deflagrant Framing
The closing station for covers is mounted on a support column with a pneumatic clamping cylinder of universal use that is able to adapt it self, without changes, to the different container's heights. The sealing head allows to mount sealing rammer for the closure of metallic "pail" type covers, of differents diameters depending on the covers. The actuation to closing is by pressing simultaneously two separates pushbuttoms, as per security regulations in order to act with both hands. For the packing of products with solvents, we could supply the DosipesCombi with a specific anti-deflagrant protection Eex for the scale and the terminal unit.

Filling Head

Technical Features
The dosing machine Dosipes-Combi consist in a filling station with a gravimetric dosing and another complementary station that includes a closing head for covers. This unit is mounted on a bedplate built with a profile of squared tube electrowelded, in carbon steel execution. If required it could be also supplied in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316. The carriage of the containers between the two stations is by a roller conveyor at free shaft, that enables the movement of the full containers without any effort from the operator.

Under request, we can also supply this packing machine with an automatic system for the centering of full containers, and automatic sealing, all of them controlled by a complementary electropneumatic keyboard.

The filling station consist in a weighing-platform, lined with stainless steel. Over this platform we put a tray to collect the spilled fluids. On this platform, the conveyor roller is also installed. The dosing control is by an electronic unit that checks the container's weight, and is provided with an automatic system of sole weight that allows the measurement of net weights of product. It also includes an alphanumeric keyboard to program the weighing with two possibles instructions, one for the quick filling and another for the fining and cycle's end.
