Dear Mr. Kothandaraman, Pursuant to the discussions we had in our Head office on 15 April 2013; we hereby offer you the post of Manager Marketing in our organization. The terms of the proposed employment are as given below: There will be a probation period for the first Six months. Your appointment shall be confirmed upon satisfactory performance of your work during the probation period. The remuneration shall be as per the discussion we had during the final interview. You shall be given 20 days annual leave per financial year. However, during probation period, you can only utilize your pro-rated leave according to the months served. The leaves are to be taken after prior approval from the management. The un-utilized leaves can be reimbursed after the end of each financial year (April-March). After completion of 1 year with the company, you shall be entitled for medical benefits as per the company norms. During probation period, the company may discontinue your services by giving one (1) weeks notice in writing or to pay one (1) weeks salary in lieu of notice, whi ch after completion of probation period will be (1) month, for both the parties. The final settlement shall be done one month after the candidate has completed the notice period. The detailed Appointment letter will be issued after all the Original documents (i.e. ID Proof, Address Proof, Academic Certificates and Documents of Previous Employment) are produced at the time of joining.
