AFFIDAVIT OF SELLER/NON-TENANCY That I, CERILO NAESA, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal address at Calintaan, Talisay, Camarines Norte after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say: That the land I sold to JODELON S. ABRIOL which represents my share in the property described under TCT No. T-52435 with an area of 1,574 sq.m. by virtue of Deed of Absolute Sale of a portion of land under Doc. No. 389; Page No. 78; Book No. VI; Series of 2006 of Notary Public Maximo S. Bandelaria dated December 30, 2006 does not exceed five (5) hectares; That the above subject portion of land is not worked by any tenant nor agricultural lessee; That I am executing this affidavit in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 1989 as well as to show proof that the land subject of the above-mentioned transaction is within my retention limit not exceeding five (5) hectares.
