Choose the lower number of servings


(all categories except veggies)

1raw milk, 2 fruit, 3 grains 1raw milk, 1 fruit, 2 grains 1raw milk, 0 fruit, 0 grains

complex carbs from vegetables, beans, legumes, nuts & seeds

1-2 Cups Raw Whole Milk


Also: yogurt kefir colostrum (plain is lowest in sugar) (re-establish normal flora) (support immune system)

1-3 Servings Fresh Fruit


1 apple 1 orange 1 pear 2 plums banana C grapes 1 C berries 1 C watermelon

2-4 Servings Beans & Whole Grains


C lima beans C kidney beans C green peas C lentils C brown rice C oatmeal C potatoes C pasta C corn 1 slice bread 3 C popcorn 6 Triscuits

11-14 Servings Healthy Fats


1 tsp butter 2 tsp seeds 1 oz cheese oz nuts (1 T.) 1 tsp oil (EVOO / EVCO) 2 tsp mayonnaise avocado 2 tsp natural nut butter 5 olives 1 T. olive oil salad dressing

9-12 Servings Protein


1 egg 1 oz fish, chicken, beef, turkey 1 oz veal, venison, duck, goose, lamb also nuts, seeds, cheese, beans, lentils, whole grains, raw milk

UNLIMITED Vegetables - minimum of 5 servings C vegetables C V-8 juice, tomato juice 1 C lettuce, salad
