2)management demonstrates this commitment by ensuring that facilities are properly maintained; and 3)employees are willing to work with management to minimize the risk of injury

What is the role of managers and supervisors?


Supervisors and managers is responsible for supporting the process by conducting safety observation in the same way as other employees.

Observation and Feedback are the basis of the entire system. - Observations provide the objective data that make behavioral feedback uniquely effective.
- Feedback is essential because maintaining any behavior change requires frequent, objective, and positive feedback.
