Ingredients for 2.400 Kgs. Qty Unit Description 0.250 Kgs. Melted butter 0.400 Kgs. Eggs 0.625 Litres Milk 0.010 Kgs. Baking soda 0.012 Kgs. Baking powder 0.625 Kgs. Caster sugar 0.450 Kgs. Flour 0.125 Kgs. Cocoa powder Method 1. Beat the eggs and the sugar together till fluffy. 2. Sift flour with cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and fold them into the egg mixture. 3. Add the milk and the melted butter mixing gradually. 4. Pour the mixture into greased moulds and bake at 180 C.
