Curriculum Highlights Learning Reflections I Was, I Am, I Will Be Prep Senior visit grade one Writing in present tense Math review of the tricky stuff time, money, fractions Reminders May 30 & 31, Book Fair see last weeks email for details June 7, Friday dismissal at 11:30am Report cards will be given out on the last day. Please check your homes for books from school! Kindly return all books to school by Friday May 31. News From Ms. Tindalls Class Even though there are only two more weeks of school I do believe in taking advantage of every last minute. I will continue teaching up to the very last day. Children will soon get a very long vacation so please help me to keep the students in the routine of learning by keeping to regular bedtimes, sticking with the homework routine and eating healthily. Homework Monday: Math: Homelink 9.6 Reading + check around home and return all first grade and library books to school Discussion: How has your child grown this year? Celebrate. Talk together about all of the things your child has learned in grade one. Make a learning plan for the holidays to be ready for grade two. Tuesday: Math Homelink 9.7 Reading + check around home and return all first grade and library books to school Wednesday Math: Homelink 9.8 Reading + check around home and return all first grade and library books to school Thursday: Math: Homelink 9.9 Reading + check around home and return all first grade and library books to school
