Go to -> run command -> type regedit -> say ok

Select the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ->click on FLEXlm License Manager -> or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WOW6432\FLEXlm License Manager\ PALISADE_LICENSE_FILE -> Change the Value data to 27000@SASPRO -> say OK

Close the regedit Open the @Risk application -> Go to help menu-> select License Activation ->See that Activation Number should be a Network.

It means application working fine.
