Risk Assessment

Shaun Hayden conducted a risk assessment for a media academy project that identified five potential hazards: tripping on cables, tripping over chairs, tripping on tripod legs, falling over while filming, and being hit by a car while filming on the street. The assessment assigned risk ratings of low to the first four hazards due to control measures like taping down cables, clearing areas, and having spotters. Filming on the street was deemed a medium risk due to the difficulty of controlling vehicle traffic.
