5. How can one submit the application fee for Recruitment of AE (E)-AE (C)-AE (IT&C)-AM (HR&A)-AM (F&A)-SAE (E)-SAE (C)? Answer: Fee should be deposited in any branch of United Bank of India through a triplicate CHALLAN. The candidate will download the CHALLAN from the website of the Company and have to take a printout of the same in A4 size paper and will have to be deposited in any branch of United Bank of India along with disposition fees. After depositing fees, bank will provide Transaction ID and SOL ID which are required to write at the proper place in the Application Form by the candidates. One copy of CHALLAN to be retained by the bank and two copies of CHALLAN to be handed over to the candidate by the bank. The candidate will retain Applicants copy of CHALLAN and WBSEDCLs copy of CHALLAN to be sent by the candidate along with hard copy of credentials. Bank will charge ` 22 additional as Banks Service Charge..

6. Who can exempted from paying the fees? Answer: Only SC / ST candidates from the state of West Bengal are exempted from paying any fees. 7. Are the SC / ST candidates from other than West Bengal Exempted from paying the Fees? Answer: No, they will pay as per General candidate fee. 8. Can the candidate pay fees online? Answer: No. Only the Bank Challan paid at UBI Branch will be accepted. 9. Is Money Order / Postal Order accepted? Answer: No. Only the Bank Challan paid at UBI. 10. What are the specifications of photograph and signature to be uploaded? Answer: Size limit is 50 kb for the Photograph and 20 kb for signature. The acceptable format for the scanned image of the Photograph and the signature would be JPEG / JPG and the image should be scanned using 200 DPI resolution.
