A. Enable Toolbox Browser.


Step 2. Click Tools Menu > Add-Ins.

Toolbox Screws

Step 1. If necessary, open your POWER TRAIN ASSEMBLY file.

Step 3. Check SolidWorks Toolbox Browser to place a check in the check box, then click OK, Fig. 1.

B. Design Library.
Step 1. Click the Design Library tab side of drawing area), Fig. 2. Step 2. Expand the Toolbox Expand Ansi Inch folder Expand Bolts and Screws folder Click Machine Screws folder Step 3. In the lower pane, click Pan Slot Head screw, Fig. 2 and drag screw towards screw hole in part. Move the tip of your cursor to the edge of a hole, Fig. 3. When the screw snaps into place and the pointer (cursor) changes to mate, release the screw. concentric and coincident in the Task Pane (right Fig. 1

Step 4. In the Property Manager set Size to #5-40 and click OK Step 5. Continue and place screw in each screw hole, when done. Fig. 3. Click Cancel Step 6. Click the Battery and Hide Step 7. From the Machine Screws (Countersunk) folder place a Flat Head Screw (100), Size #3-56 in Battery Holder hole, Fig. 4. Step 8. In the Feature Manager, click Battery and Show , Fig. 5.
