Spanish Task Answer

The document outlines the steps taken to solve a Spanish math problem involving calculating the amount of potatoes, omelettes, and sandwiches that could be made and sold to raise money for a student trip. It determines that 150 sandwiches could be made selling for $2.75 each raising $412.50, and the amount left over after expenses for the trip would be $515 divided among 11 students as $46.81 per student, but each student would need to pay more than that for their portion of bread unless a bakery sponsors the trip.

...as you see, we are out of markers too...

Answer
5x11=55 kg of potatoes 90% of 55=49.5 kg good potatoes 49.5 : 0.22=225 potatoes

225:3=75 omelettes
75x2=150 sandwiches 150x2.75=412.5 pounds earned

150x4:12=25 dozens of eggs

25X1.1=27.5 pounds for the eggs 900-(412,5-27-5)=515 pounds for the trip 515:11=46,81 pounds/student Considering each student must pay for 14 buns, it will mean they spend more...unless a bakery sponsors he trip.

Good-bye and enjoy the trip!
