1. Original certificate(s) retained with the institute will be given only at the time of leaving the

institute on completion/discontinuing the course on provision of NO DUES certificate. 2. However only on specific genuine purpose the original certificate(s) will be issued temporarily, provided an undertaking is given by the student that the certificate(s) will be returned immediately after the purpose is met.
