Chase the Music

Clark Hodge found his passion several years ago, when circumstances introduced him to a little girl with leukemia. He wanted to do something special for her, but knew a teddy bear, wasn't going to have the meaning needed. He conceived of the concept of having a piece of original music composed and performed for this special little girl. Chase the Music strives to bring music to deserving kids.

Boulder Cello Project

The Boulder Cello Project provides a friendly place to practice, learn and share knowledge of and love for music and the art of the cello. The project collaborates with local and national composers to create music that is accessible to cellists of all abilities, striving to create pieces that showcase the cello's versatility. Our broader goal is to foster a stronger and more diverse community of musicians.

Cello Expressions
Cello Expressions began as composer/arranger/cellist/trumpeter Nick Halseys cello ensemble and has evolved into a sheet music library featuring over 70 pieces for cello ensemble. Nick also publishes open-source software (WordPress Plugins) and is developing a series of math-related mobile apps, all under the Cello Expressions name. Nick is studying Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Music Composition at the University of Southern California, and is Boulder Cello Projects Resident Composer.
