Vagina size.

THE EMBARRASSING PROBLEM ABOUT SIZE


Women as young as in their early twenties and some in their teens, suffer from an embarrassing problem
where their vaginas start becoming loose and big. Primarily caused through poor sexual health, a non-
active lifestyle, insertions of inappropriate and large objects into the vagina, childbirth, and other factors.
All which cause a thinning of the vaginal muscle becoming loose and big with obvious consequences such
as suffering from embarrassment and distress because of your size. Poor sexual performance where you
can no longer reach orgasm through intercourse, inadequacy in bed since you do not contribute to the
sexual relationship between you and your partner. Moreover, the potential loss of your partner due to your
size, if he does not feel comfortable with you having a big vagina, he will not be satisfied in that
relationship and may opt to end it. Many relationships and marriages fail because the woman has not been
able to provide her partner with a tight feminine vagina.

COMMON SYMPTOMS THAT INDICATE A LOOSE VAGINA


Women suffering from an embarrassing inadequacy of being big and loose, usually experience one or all of
the following symptoms.
• The need for the insertion of larger objects in order to feel some sexual stimulation.
• The inability to grip your index finger with your vagina.
• The feeling of just being big and looking big.
• Your vagina emits a lot of odor.
• Your vagina does not close completely during the non-aroused state.
• Being able to insert 3 or more fingers into your canal with little to no resistance.
• The inability to reach orgasm during coitus.
• The inability to satisfy your partner and provide proper stimulation to him.
These are the most common symptoms associated with women who have an inadequate vaginal size
where it is too big and loose, causing distress to any women who suffers from this disorder.
I am not sure if the exercise i mention will help or not. here it is. to make ur vaginal
wall tighter, all you have to do is by putting a pencils or pen (make sure it is clean or
our a condom over it) on the entrance and try to hold on to it.

make sure you are standing you and ur leg is spread in 90 degrees angle like ur
ankle is facing eachother. so, just put a pencils in ur vaginal wall and hold on to it.
this will strengthen ur muscle for better contraction. hope it help and ur man like it.
dont expect it to work just doing it once or twice only, do it as ofter as u can for 2-4
week. bet he will like it
How to Do Kegel Exercises
Kegel exercises are done by squeezing the muscles in the pelvic floor and holding for
short periods of time. To begin you need to:

Find the right muscles. One way to isolate the right muscle is by trying to stop the
flow of urine the next time you go to the bathroom. The muscle you use to do that is the
muscle you should engage while doing a Kegel.

Another way to test is to put your finger into your vagina and try to squeeze it. Don’t be
afraid to ask your gynecologist for help if you’re having a hard time finding the right
muscle. The key is to isolate these pelvic floor muscles and use them alone. It’s easy to
squeeze the muscles in the buttocks and abdomen at the same time, so pay attention to
your body and make sure you’re working the right muscle.

Start slow and build up. If you’re new to Kegel exercise, start slow. Squeeze your
pelvic muscle and hold for two to four seconds, then relax. Try to repeat 5 to 10 times.
As this exercise gets easier, you can hold for longer periods of time and do increased
repetitions.

Do your Kegels regularly: Once you have the technique down, you can do Kegel
exercises any time and any place that you like. For instance, you could do a set every
time you check your e-mail, or when you’re waiting for the bus, or stuck in traffic.
