City of Laoag ) AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT I, KIN CHEW, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen and a resident of Brgy. Luga, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say, that: That on or about March 20, 2013, at around 5:45 oclock in the afternoon, in Brgy. Luga, City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines, the above-named accused, with intent to kill and with treachery, did then and there, wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously attack, repeatedly stab and hit with a bladed weapon one Peter Pan, inflicting upon him a stab wound on the vital part of his body, causing his instantaneous death. The undersigned executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to support the filing of Criminal Case against BUT CHILLER for violations of Article 248 for the crime of murder. ___________, Philippines. this 21th day of March 2013, Laoag City,
