This email from Caroline Duckworth, Managing Director of Common Purpose, informs advisory group members about a recent radio feature on Common Purpose that addressed conspiracy theories claiming the organization has a sinister purpose. The theories were effectively dismissed during the program, and Common Purpose was pleased with the outcome and positive feedback received. Dear Advisory Group Members You may be aware that 88C Radio 5 Live ron 0 feature on Common Purpose on the Donal MacIntyre show on SUnday 8 March. The feature was mainly concerned with the conspiracy theories that have suggLc:ted that Common Purpose has a more sinister purpose. These untrue daims were very effectively quashed during the programme and we were generally pleased with the outcome and we have received much positive feedback. These allegations have had a very serious impact on our staff and we hope that they will now be laid to rest. There were questions raised during the broadcast that we ore a secret organisation, which are completely without foundation. However, we ore always happy to find ways to do things better and if the broadcast raises anything that we feel we can improve upon, we wiUaddress those things.
