a charge on my bill dated November 24, 2012, December 24, 2012, and January 24, 2013. The charge is in the total amount of 10,348.80. The amount is in error because: The contract that I was paying for should only be up to October 19, 2012 which is the end of the one year contract that started on October 20,2011.
