Respected Sir, The topic that I have chosen for my project is ABSENTEEISM in Apollo Tyres Ltd, Kalamassery.

Absenteeism is a serious workplace problem and an expensive occurrence for both employer and employees seemingly unpredictable in nature. A satisfactory level of attendance by employees at work is necessary to allow the achievement of objectives and targets by department .Employees absenteeism is the absence of an employee from work. It is the major problem faced by almost all employeres of today. Employees are absent from work and thus work suffers. Absenteeism of employees from work leads to back logs, piling of work and thus work delay. The study on the employees absenteeism in Apollo Tyres Ltd helps to analyze the level of absenteeism in the company. The various measures adopted by the organization The study also suggests various remedial measures to control the absenteeism ratio. The study is based on relevant data and materials given from the organization. The data analysis is done with the help of questionnaire which is distributed among the employees.
