Back Channel

The document describes a solution to prevent a drive from tripping due to heatsink overheating under full load. Originally the drive had 5 fans but still tripped at full load. By extending the back channel and moving some fans, air flow inside the drive was improved so the heatsink no longer overheated, preventing trips. The simple modification of adding a metal plate extension and repositioning existing fans solved the overheating issue efficiently.
