Home sales in Trumbull, CT slowed in June 2013 compared to the previous year. The average list price fell 7% to $372,788, and the average sold price declined 5% to $364,634. Through the first half of the year, average list prices were down 10% and average sold prices had fallen 10% compared to 2012. Despite lower prices, homes took slightly longer to sell - the average market time increased to 114 days from 119 days the prior June.
