Sick Leave of three (3) days or more requires an attachment of Medical Certificate Vacation leave requests must be filed at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled leave. Qualified Emergency leaves are as stipulated in the Manual of Employees, limited to 2 days and charged against Vacation leave. 5. Non- compliance shall be subjected to sanctions as stipulated in the Manual for Employees.
