Harmadih C.H.C., Neturia Block, P.O Ramkanali, P.S.-Neturia (Purulia), PIN- 723160 Memo No: 69/NBHFWS/13 Date: 18/07/2013 To The SDE, BSNL, Adra Sub: - Requesting for uninterrupted telephone service for 203451 Sir, This is to inform you that from last few weeks the WLL telephone service of this institution has been suspended by BSNL due to non submission of bills by the office of the undersigned. The bills generated by BSNL amounting of Rs. 647/- and Rs. 377/- i.e. totaling of Rs. 1024/- has now been pending submission by this office due to delayed treasury process. As you know better due to this type of reason the undersigned has requested you vide this office issued letters Memo No. 94, dt. 25/03/2013 and 51/NBHFWS/13, dt. 08/05/2013 regarding to convert billing method monthly to yearly basis for maintaining accuitance easier and convenient way. But, it has now been noticed that after submission of rental annually for the said connection, a minimum amount for monthly usage has also generated time to time and such amount when not paid timely, BSNL has stopped functioning telephone line. Now the undersigned is hereby requesting you kindly to continue function the telephone connection from your end like special case as this problem could not be solved by this end in any manner. If telephone line suspended by BSNL in this way, necessary official work could not be done as we all know that telephone is the essential communication medium for Govt. offices. It can be given as an assurance from this end that this office will pay the bills late but not failed and such that BSNL may charge & collect late fee in the next bill for previous month and also seeking to find any way out regarding remedial step for non disconnection of the line in any way and to provide uninterrupted service from your department. Please do the needful from your end early and take this matter seriously for necessary modification if any.
