Right click, format cell,allignment menu, Vertical- center Horizontal-center Text control Wrap text then ok.

Click and drag/ Type 1 then press control and drag down

Highlight what you are going to percentage,right click, Click format cells,under # menu select percentage then ok.

Get the overall total divide the #.

Highlight,format menu select row then Height then ok (change row height ex. 30 then ok)
