No Checks M Q Clean all contactors & the interior of electrical panel. 1 * Check panel wiring , dressing & connection tightening 2 * 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16
(Electrical Accessories inclusive) Check motor & its connections to supply. Lubricate all slides & fill up all cups by lubrication oil. Check gap between liner & clutch drum - to be < 5mm. If >5mm change clutch liner. Check pin bush in liner plate for play. Check all mounting bolts for tightness. Check plummer block Bearings for plays. Check base plate for Weariness of T-slots. Check condition of V- belt & its tension. Check motor base for its foundation & tightness. Check FRL unit for clean filter,oil level & pressure to be 3.5 Kg/ sq.cm . Clean Pneumatic valve by air & the coil continuity & tightness. Check air leakage from hose pipes & rotary valves. Check safety guards are mounted properly on the machine. Check tightness of all machine mounting bolts.
