Product Code No.:2010 7 days DESCRIPTION PlugFast is a powder which, when mixed to a stiff-dough consistency with water, may be used to immediately arrest the seepage or inflow of water through concrete cracks. Water Plug sets in less than 2 minutes to a completely waterproof seal and continues to harden until its strength far exceeds that of the concrete into which it has been applied. FEATURES: Easy to mix and apply Stops water in-flows immediately Sets fast, in one to two minutes Will set up and harden under water On setting it expands improving sealing Exceptional structural strength Non-toxic Non-metallic No calcium chloride RECOMMENDED USES: To stop leakage in masonry and concrete, above and below grade. To seal small concrete, masonry cracks and holes. To form a durable, waterproof seal at all cove joints. Plugs and seals construction holes left by tie wires, wood or steel separators. Firmly anchors bolts and ornamental iron. APPLICATION: The crack or holes to be treated should be cut away to a minimum depth and width of 5cm by undercutting or square cutting (not by V cut). Flush away all cuttings and dirt to form a clean, washed surface. Add clean water to PlugFast powder, mix to a putty-like consistency. After the material of PlugFast putty has been adequately kneaded into a uniform texture, immediately press it firmly into the cracks and crevices to be sealed using maximum pressure but with minimum back and forth motion or rubbing. As a guide, the proportion of PlugFast powder to water is 4:1 by volume For best results, complete the repair using Concrete Waterproofer and Concrete Patch following the Multiguard Crack Repair Method.
