He is an accomplished trainer and coach in the areas of business and personal communication & relationship building, personal development, customer service, sales & other behavioural training areas. o Train-the-trainer program at Mphasis

Over the years he has trained & coached people working in organizations like Birlasoft, MindTree, Oracle, Wipro, Fidelity, Infosys, and Mphasis etc. on different programs depending on the specific need of the clients. Has over 9 years experience and comes from a strong background of customer service and sales. Has experience of working for large organizations with global presence, educational institutions and also small organizations or start-ups. Over the years some of the common strong o o o o o Ability to build rapport immediately Adopting his style of delivery to suit his audiences style of learning Designing and delivering training to take care of immediate needs of clients and providing tools for long-term reinforcement of learning Affable and result-oriented Powerful influencing skills
