Super Position Method

The document discusses different methods for analyzing slope and deflection for statically indeterminate beams, including Macaulay's method, the area moment method, and the superposition method. The superposition method can be used to solve problems of statically indeterminate beams and works by making the beam determinate by removing unnecessary struts. This is done in two cases - case 1 involves making an indeterminate beam into a cantilever or simply supported beam, while case 2 removes all forces eliminated in case 1.

Introduction Macaulay's method is used in the analysis of slope and deflection for statically indeterminate beams.

We know the double integration method, consideration only involve cases of uniform and continuous loading from fans to fans only. To solve this problem Macaulay method has been formulated. Equation developed by This method is valid for the whole beam and will only have two only constant. 1.2 Area Moment Method Area Moment Method is also used in the analysis of the slope and deflection of the beam. Here we will use the moment diagram bending to determine the deflection that occurs at a point beam. 1.3 Superpostion Method As we know the method Macaulay and the method of moments Area can only solve the case of a statically indeterminate beam. This method has modified so that it can be used to solve the problem of beam indeterminate known as superposition. Method of characteristics This is to make the beam indeterminate to determinate beams static. Here we will menyinkirkan-strut strut unnecessary. This method of solution process is divided into two cases: 1.3.1 Case 1 In this case we have to make an indeterminate beam to a statically indeterminate beam as a cantilever beam or beams simple Struts with strut-strut menyinkirkan concerned. In this case we have take all the forces acting on the issuance of the moment equation. In this situation the beam deflection and bending down will occur. 1.3.2 Case 2 In this case we have to take all the forces are eliminated in case 1 to derive the moment equation for the case. at the state This beam deflection and bending will occur on.
