Muslims believe in the Quran as a revelation given in Arabic from God. Arabic: Transliteration: Bismillhi r-ramni r-ram Al amdu lillhi rabbi l-lamn Ar ramni r-ram Mliki yawmi d-dn Iyyka nabudu wa iyyka nastan Ihdin -ira al-mustaqm ira al-lana anamta alayhim ayri l-mabi alayhim wal -lln Translation: In the name of God, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. All praise and thanks is for to God, [The] Creator, Owner, Sustainer of the Worlds. The Entirely Merciful, The Especially Merciful. Owner of the Day of Recompense. You alone do we worship and You alone we seek for help. Guide us to the Straight Path. The path of those whom Your blessings are upon, not of those whom You have cursed nor of those who have gone astray.[4] Bismillaah ar-Rahman ar-Raheem Qul auudhu birabbil falaq Min sharri ma khalaq Wa min sharri ghaasiqin idhaa waqab Wa min sharrin naffaathaati fil uqad Wa min sharri haasidin idhaa hasad In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn, from anything harmful in Creation, from the evil of darkness as it spreads, from the evil of knotted spells, from the evil of the envier when he envies.
