How to develop image of good habit image of skill and movement skill ?

Based on journal that I had read and studied, to develop image of good habit image of skill and movement pattern is about person can learn fast by observe, reading, discuss watching techniques from their elite player and coaches. Elite player performance is often used as a model of correct performance and techniques. Coach must guide the beginner athlete to make that athlete to become a good player. Next, with using a camera or video, athlete can improve and they can detect a mistake they do and also they can achieve their performance target and score.

Why an image of good performance good habit is considered vital for coaching and teaching? For this question, it's more important for coach and athlete in sport science because an image of good performance "good habit" show that the right movement and technique and also can minimize the injury of athlete. Beside that, it shows that the different technique for different sport. If the athlete use the right technique and movement, they can achieve their target and make the athlete more interested about biomechanic and also be a role model for all athletes to use a right technique and movement.
