Items checked Have warning tape / covers been provided for services lines etc? Have all services been tested and signed off? Are underground services suitably protected? Are backfill material approved? Are trenches cleaned and cleared of debris? Sub-structure external waterproofing signed off? Is the compaction is done in every 250mm layer? Is the field density test carried out and done by the independent laboratory? Is the final level checked against the drawing?
