Vendor Application

The Victor Falls Elementary PTO is hosting its 2nd Annual Vendor and Craft Fair on November 16th from 9am to 3pm. Vendors can rent 8x8 booth spaces for $35 or 10x10 booth spaces for $50. The application requires contact information and details about the products being sold. Booths will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis with no duplicate product types. Tables will not be provided. Vendors should bring their own change and donate an item for the raffle.

v Booths will be approved and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We
will offer booths to one of each approved commercial business type or product
lines thus allowing each craft/product the special attention it deserves.
v Doors will open at 8am for booth set up and we will open for shoppers at 9am.
v The fair will end at 3pm. Unless prior arrangements are made, please plan to
stay the duration.
v Tables will not be provided.
v Please provide your own change for your booth.
v We ask that each booth donate one item from their booth to raffle off during the
event.
