Greetings: The undersigned is a third (3rd) year law student of SAN BEDA COLLEGEMENDIOLA, currently taking up Criminal Procedure under Judge Bernelito Fernandez. Students enrolled in the said subject are required to attend and observe a criminal case hearing, and thereafter, submit a report thereon as part of the course requirement. In view of the foregoing, the undersigned seeks the permission of this Honorable Court so that she may be allowed to: (i) attend and observe a criminal case hearing; (ii) be issued a Certificate of Appearance in relation thereto; and subsequently (iv) procure a photocopy of the court calendar for the said hearing day. Your favorable action on the matter will be appreciated.
