Respectfully indorsed to your good office the herein attached letter of Systems and Plan Integrator and Development Corporation (SPIDC) and Microcircuits Corporation (MCC) furnished this office on October 10, 2013 relative to the 2 nd phase of the Information and Communication Technology project. Let it be noted that, the City of Talisay ventured into an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) project that would computerize the Revenue Generating Office of the City Government on October 1, 2007 with the abovementioned entity as partner. Accordingly, Systems and Plan Integrator and Development Corporation (SPIDC) and Microcircuits Corporation (MCC) requests to be given an opportunity to present the 2nd phase Computerization project before the Sanggunian Panlungsod of Talisay in its regular session relative to the support and update of the Citys existing computerization project.
