You have received a very nice treatment from the staff at the hotel where you stayed for a week. You want to make an appreciation of them to the authority. Write a letter to tell about their professional attitude towards the warm hosting. In your letter include: 1. Your introduction. 2. The treatment you received. 3. The appraisal. You DO not need to write address. Begin your letter as follows: Dear ., Write at least 150 words. Writing Task 2 You should spend about 40 minutes on this task. The following graph shows the percentage of the use of computer at different segment of the society.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant. Write at least 250 words. Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
