JOB DESCRIPTION : The selected candidates are required to do day to day supervision & execution of works to ensure best quality & workmanship, to co-ordinate with Contractors, Architects & Consultants, study & scrutiny of drawings, preparation of estimates including rate analysis & Tender documents, correspondence & maintaining records related to projects, Scrutiny and verification of bills including taking and recording measurements and all project related work and any other work assigned from time to time. JOB DESCRIPTION: The selected candidates are expected to work in various areas of detailed engineering drawing, design and analysis for UHV systems, Support structures, Jigs & Fixtures, Cryogenic systems, Metrology, Quality Control, Installation and commissioning of different systems etc. Knowledge of relevant softwares like CATIA, ANSYS, PVElite, etc. will be added advantage. JOB DESCRIPTION: The selected candidate shall be primarily engaged in the development of software and automation for the plasma diagnostic equipments. He / She will also be responsible for facilitating various project students in the laboratory and provide them technical inputs related with the purchase of equipments as required for different R&D activities. JOB DESCRIPTION : The selected candidates will be expected to assist in maintenance / development of electronics instruments / circuits / running the Data acquisition hardware related to Data acquisition activities / related to vacuum pumping units, vacuum gauges, maintenance of discharge cleaning power supplies and components, DG sets etc. He will also assist in operation of discharge cleaning processes. He will be required to work in shifts, as and when required. JOB DESCRIPTION: The selected candidates will be expected to prepare 2D engineering drawings and 3D models of mechanical assembly, components, Using AutoCAD, MDT software, CATIA. Prepare bill of materials, take measurements of the components and prepare manufacturing drawings. He should be able to read engineering drawings, familiar with all the drawing symbols, procedures and different drafting techniques. Sl.No.16 (No. of Posts-2) TRADESMAN (PROJECT) (FITTER) QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: I.T.I. minimum 60% in Fitter Trade. JOB DESCRIPTION: The selected candidate is expected to perform various cutting, drilling and measurements work. Candidate should have a basic knowledge of 2-D drawings. The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1 year in this field. Sl.No.17 (No. of Posts-2) TRADESMAN (PROJECT) (ELECTRONICS MECHANIC) QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: I.T.I. minimum 60% in Electronics Mechanic Trade. JOB DESCRIPTION: The selected candidates will be required to do cable laying, assembling of electronic circuits, soldering of components and ICs on PCB. They should have skill to solder and de solder various packages such as SMD and QFP. They should also assist in testing, repairing, maintaining and installing power supplies and analog signal condition cards. Sl.No.18 (No. of Post-1) TRADESMAN (PROJECT) (ELECTRICIAN) QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: I.T.I. minimum 60% in Electrician Trade. JOB DESCRIPTION: The incumbent will be required to do cable laying, Electrical Panel assembly and wiring. Will also assist in the installation, testing, maintenance and operation of various electrical systems like power supplies, transformers, measuring systems etc. Sl.No.19 (No. of Posts 4) LIBRARY TRAINEES IPR has a special well equipped library with latest information technology providing specialized services to Scientific Community. The selected candidate will be trained in different library activities such as Acquisition, Circulation, References, Inter Library Loan, handling of e-resources, Information services etc. and will get an exposure to work in fully computerized library and with new IT Tools. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : Post Graduate in Library and Information Science (above 55% marks) with knowledge of Computer. Trainees will be required to work in shifts. GENERAL INFORMATION REMUNERATION for the post from Sl.No. 1 to 7 Consolidated Rs.38000/- p.m., Sl.No.8 to 13 Consolidated Rs.25000/- p.m., Sl.No.14 Consolidated Rs.23000/-p.m. Sl.No.15 to 18 Consolidated Rs13000/- p.m. STIPEND for the Library Trainees at Sl.No. 19 Consolidated Rs.10000/- p.m. for first six months and thereafter Rs.12000/- p.m. Only Indian Nationals need to apply.
