You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.

You purchased a washing machine from a local electronic shop five months back. Since last one month the spinning
function has not been working properly. You have registered a complaint and called a number of times but the
service engineer has not been sent. Now write a letter to the company’s grievance cell about it.

In your letter include:

1. Your introduction.
2. The problem you have faced.
3. The service you expect.

Write at least 150 words.


You do NOT need to write any addresses.

This is a graph that shows how the Americans’ belief in climate change has decreased in four years’ span.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Write at least 250 words.


Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
