Analysis of Opportunities Swot Analysis & Risk Analysis :- This is a formal analysis of myself & co workers strengths and

weaknesses, and of the opportunities and threats that we might face in the organization. This helps you to spot project risks, weaknesses in our organization for operation, and identify the risks to which we are exposed and try to minimise the risk. Creating and implementing effective Team work & communication systems : To understand the needs of other people or the communication way by which we have an impact on our own self, team member ,the Organisation & the economy as a whole . We may be pressed to change the way we do things. Alternatively due to changes in the economy or anticipated change in business environment may effect all & we need to respond to it. Diagnosing and resolving problems within co workers and Team Members: To understand the problems currently faced by the subordinates, co -workers & Team Member and create a plan of actions with co-workers, team members in order to coordinate and resolve. Else to make recommendation ,represent & forward their problems to top management. Use of Available Resources: We are in position to know the resources available in hand and are also in position to make alternate planes and create backup and make the optimum use of the resources available with us. Guide decision making at lower levels We are in a better position to make decision at lower operational level , Handle things tactical with everyone we come across and there is motivation, self confidence and individual growth among one self.
