Character Report

This character report form allows a student and their mother to assess the student's work habits, character traits, and fruits of the spirit. The student rates themselves in different areas on a scale of 1 to 3, with 1 being weak, 2 needing improvement, and 3 being proud. Their mother also rates them in each area. The areas assessed include work habits like listening, organization, and respect; character traits like joyfulness, trustworthiness, and compassion; and fruits of the spirit like patience, self-sacrifice, and treating others well. Space is provided for comments at the end.
