Overall Comments:

Britton, Kimberley

Within this short week (4 days) Kimberley, you connected with the students in an engaging and interactive manner. You confirmed their participation during lessons by keeping your comments positive and constructive with extension probing. You acted in a professional manner both during the class time and performing duties. You were open to constructive criticism and sought guidance upon need. The one area we discussed for further inclusion in your lessons plans is accommodationing for those who are identified or require accommodations to the program. As I.E.P. information becomes more available indicating the variety of needs, this will help steer your decisions while making your lesson plans. You know your lessons were well suited to the students when they are engaged and wish they could continue; this is what I saw during your teaching time. Well Done Kimberley!
