2. Explain how you are going to design a lesson plan online by using Web Quest and what are the real propose using this kind of technology in your professional development. Webquest is an inquiry oriented activity in which some or all of the information that learners interact with comes from resources on the Internet. (RAIA, 2009) So webquest is used in the process of teaching and learning as a curriculum on the web to organize a lesson so to design a webquest must first choose the subject and the level that will be addressing. Thus it creates the introduction of short way that shows the essence of the webquest as an explanation of it. After which the task is created having consideration the level of students will be immersed in the webquest. Then to indicate the process step by step how the student will perform the task and finally the evaluation where a rubric is prepared to set out standards to evaluate. In the webquest present some Videos, images and documents related to the topic

where the videos can be tutorials or just information on the subject, so the videos are selected depending on the level of the webquest to help and guide the student in developing the webquest. Documents are selected by resources on the web to provide relevant information on the subject for students to read and implement the level of analysis. So they have to understand analyze and interpret information to support of this. The images are selected to stimulate interest in students. So that when selected should choose the most appropriate to the subject. So the curriculum designed in the webquest must present educational information to guide the student and stimulates the proper development of these implementing web 2.0 applications and blended learning because it gives a potential environment to learn and teach more effectively. The purpose of the Webquest in the education system is where the teacher uses it as a master page to interact with their students virtually and familiarize students with the use of technology in a professional way.

3. Explain how you are going to deal if you want to use technology in a school or place of work but there is not Tech in the classroom. What are you going to do? How are you going to solve the problem? Provide resources that you will use and the procedures To implement the technology in a school where there is no start in familiarizing students with technological terms with basic information about computers. The first topic that would impart computer parts and functions and use the resources that would be posted with images showing the parts. When students are at a computer can have the basic knowledge to differentiate parts. Another resource that would use books or pamphlets to disseminate conceptual and procedural information about using a computer and what is the function of each part of this. With that generate theoretical knowledge about the technology. To practice I would lend my computer to student to use. As a first topic to the practice will be how to turn off and turn on the computer and how to enter the computer system. But the most important question is: How would I do to work with a student group and only computer?

First, divide the hours practical and theory classes. So that the theoretical time impart information generated prior knowledge at the time of the internship hours and then divide the group of students in teams. Assign them numbers indicate the order in which the computer are use. For the use of computer programs I would use essential and appropriate level of students with whom I am working.

4. Choose digital resources you will include and describe how those digital resources you are going to improve you PLE and PLN . PERSONAL LEARNING ENVIROMENT (PLE) Mark van Harmelen describes Personal Learning Environments as Systems that help learners take control of and manage their own learning. This includes providing support for learners to set their own learning goals manage their learning; managing both content and process communicate with others in the process of learning And thereby achieve learning goals. (Graham, 2000) So PLE is the join of social network and internet accounts inside the own learning of students. A PLE include social networking as Facebook and Twitter and internet accounts as: Gmail, You Tube, Google, Zunal, Rubistar, Twetterfeed, and also include Blogger as a web published tool. FACEBOOK Facebook is a social network created by Mark Zuckerberg. I use Facebook with the purpose to create and electronic system of communication between myself and other people. So I think Facebook is a tool that I use on my PLE because it gives me the opportunity to learn through interaction cybernetics. TWITTER Twitter is a social network created by Jack Dorsey. I use Twitter with the purpose to follow educational pages that give me information that I use to do my homework. BLOGGER Blogger is a web publishing tool created by Payra Labs. I use blogger with the purpose to create my professional profile to post documents and

share my knowledge about an specific topic and also to acquire knowledge about others blogs that I visit. ZUNAL Is an educational portal where I can create a webquest and create a curriculum online.

YOU TUBE YouTube is a website created by Steve Chen and Chad Hurley. I use this website with the purpose to improve my English. Also while listening to music acquiring new vocabulary. Also with You Tube I can down load and view tutorials that explain me how I should do something. GMAIL Gmail is an electronic mail service created by Paul Bucheit. I use Gmail to send and receive messages and documents that come from friends, families, classmates and teachers. So in my learning process I use Gmail with the purpose to exchange information as homework. RUBISTAR Rubistar is a tool to build evaluation matrix to evaluate a job. My PLE Rubistar is use as a tool that helps me to create and evaluate guides and specific jobs. TWITTERFEED Twitterfeed is a website that I use to join my Facebook, Blog and Twitter to show the updates that I do in any of them. Also to keep my followers informed of my publications because Twitterfeed creates a loop that links what I do in my blog on my Facebook and twitter. All social network and internet accounts that I use on my PLE have educational purpose because all of that improves my learning process.

MY PROFESSIONAL NETWORK (PLE) A PLN is an aspect of PLEs, where the individual has a group of people within his or her virtual professional network, and the relationship with each is based upon a common interest, collaborative project or research. (Morrison, 2013) So PLN is the way of use of social network and internet accounts in a professional way. There is facebook, twitter, skipe, blogger and linked in. FACEBOOK I use facebook because it allows us to stay connected with others and to join fan pages because they are professionals based pages created for something or to give information creating a means for professional interaction. TWITTER On my twitter PLN I use to give me the opportunity to pursue professional sites such as the University of Richmond. Yale's dictionary and more follow these pages because I provide interesting and educational information in English and its publications are informative. SKIPE Skipe is an application I use to do video calls. So in a professional way is used to do videoconferencing. BLOGGER Blogger is used in my PLN as a tool to interact with other people and the interaction is through comments. But the comments are questions about the blogger. LINKED IN

Linked In I used in the PLN as access to professional people in a specific area in my case in the area of English to share knowledge.

So first PLE is used to create different types of accounts using them in the development of the learning process to create the PLN and then use all the accounts created in the professional area.
