Should celebrities get involved in politics?

There are a few examples of celebrities running as political candidates. One of the recent and most popular candidates is Arnold Schwarzenegger, former Californian governor. Of course, there are man good reasons for celebrities to participate in elections and get involved in politics. !f the get a lot of media attention through press and television, the can to broadcast their messages with ease, bringing politics closer to ever da people. One other thing the can benefit from is gaining more popularit . Also, mone is a ver important aspect of politics, because advertising isn"t free, and celebrities do have enough of mone to run a proper campaign.
