How To Configure AutoArchive For Your Emails

To configure auto archiving for emails in Outlook, open the Options menu, click Other, then AutoArchive. This will open the Auto Archive settings page where you can set how often auto archiving runs, how old emails will be before deletion, and where archived files will be saved. Adjusting these settings allows configuring automatic archiving of old emails.

3. then will appear Auto Archive page. You can setting Auto Archive according to your need by change values below. After that click Ok button

Configure each how many days Auto Archive will be run

Configure, older item that will be deleted

Configure location for saving the archived file (*PST)
