Construct a logical plan, which describes the efficient use of time and resources, sufficient for peers to be able to follow the plan to create the solution. Basically, use Google Calendar to make a plan (if you haven't already click here for more information). Double check that your plan is simple, specific, realistic and complete (see below). THE PLAN The planning phase is a very important.

Break the project down into smaller steps. Arrange the steps in a logical order. Assign due dates to each of the steps to make sure you meet the overall due date for the project. When making your plan, you might realize that you need to modify your design. If you do, justify any changes to the design.

Scene 1: The hot chocolate is sitting on a table in starbucks. Scene 2: The hot chocolate says he wishes he could save someones day Scene 3: A lady (MAGGIE) walks in to Starbucks, she walks in freezing cold Scene 4: The lady runs over and drinks the hot chocolate Scene 5: Just before the Hot chocolate is empty it says Yeah I finally saved someones day!!:)

Evaluate your plan by predicting things that could affect your plan. You also need to provide a list of resources that you will need to create this project.

A to-do list and calendar will be useful tools for you to use in your design.

Open your Google Calendar, click on Tasks under My Calendars (in the the left side-bar). Once you turn on the Tasks list, you can create a list for your project. Now you break the project down into smaller steps, add each step as an item on your Task list. Once you have all the items on your list, you can drag them into a logical order. Lastly, you can assign due dates for all the items in the list. Need more help creating Google Calendar tasks? Click here

Take a screenshot of your plan and save it in a Google Doc...

Double check that your plan is simple, specific, realistic and complete... Simple: Is it easy to understand? Can one of your classmates understand it? Specific: Does it include specific actions, each with specific dates of completion? Realistic: Do you think you can complete the plan before the final deadline (Nov 22nd)? You may want to plan to finish everything a week in advance
so that you have some extra time. Some tasks may take longer than you planned.

Complete: Are you missing anything?

2. Demonstrate excellent technical skills when making the solution. Basically, make sure your photomation is made using appropriate computer

software, and shows that you know how to use this software well. IMPORTANT: YOUR MOVIE NEEDS TO BE SIZE 720 BY 540 PIXELS. You can open the image below in Pixlr to make sure that all of your images

are the right size:

3. Follow the plan to make the solution which functions as intended. Basically, make sure your photomation is designed like you planned. Look over

your final sketches and compare them to what your final product looks like.

4. List changes made to the chosen design and plan when making the solution. Basically, your plan is likely to change. When you make changes, list them in a Google Doc. The hot chocolate just said I wish I could save someones day and then the cold lady walked in then the Hot chocolate said Drink Me then the person said ok thank you, you saved my live.

5. Present the solution as a whole in electronic form

Basically, post your final photomation movie file, and word/Google Doc "Plan & Changes" file on your on Edmodo. Do not post movie on your Weebly. Assessment Criteria

does not reach any of the standards described by any of the descriptors

1-2

demonstrates minimal technical skills when making the solution. makes the solution which functions poorly and is presented in an incomplete form.

3-4

lists the main steps in a plan that contains some details, resulting in peers having difficulty following the plan to create the solution. demonstrates adequate technical skills when making the solution. makes the solution which partially functions and is adequately presented. states one change made to the final design or plan when making the solution.

5-6

lists the steps in a plan which considers time and resources, resulting in peers being able to follow the plan to create the solution. demonstrates proficient technical skills when making the solution. makes the solution which functions as intended and is presented appropriately. states one change made to the chosen design and plan when making the solution.

7-8

outlines a plan, which considers the use of resources and time, sufficient for peers to be able to follow the plan to create the solution. demonstrates excellent technical skills

when making the solution. follows the plan to make the solution which functions as intended and is presented appropriately lists the changes made to the chosen design and the plan when making the solution.
