Identify the equipment you need to use. Examine and identify any potential health and safety issues (e.g. crowd numbers being controlled, being set up in a sensible location that does not block access points or that damages the environment or frightens livestock, any road/traffic issues etc) Check the position of the sun and lighting conditions.

Camera, vinyl records

Careful to leave the reserve as it was found, with no damage to the environment, no broken trees and control of the amount of people in the wooded area of the reserve,

~If we do the shoot at around midday we will be able to get light through the gaps in the trees, to create a fairy tale effect.

Look for interesting shots and camera angles.

If we take shots from the trees, a birds view of the model, or through the trees to use the environment

Check the electricity supply. (For the majority of exterior locations you will be using battery power) Check the nearby car parking/transport routes

Using battery power

Parking available on the road next to the park and a car park behind the wooded area of the reserve.
