Dru Cahill Dru Cahill is currently the Global Wells Skill pool Manager at Shell based in Rijswijk, NL.

Dru has a degree from The University of Texas at Austin in Petroleum Engineering. She started her career at Shell in the US as a Completion and Well Intervention Engineer in the Wells organization based in New Orleans, LA. After serving in several postings supporting the Wells offshore team in New Orleans she relocated to Houston TX where she worked on the Front End Completion Design for the Perdido SPAR following that program thru to initial installation in 2009. Dru then moved to led the Completion and Well Intervention team for onshore Unconventionals in Texas and Kansas before moving to her current role in The Netherlands. Dru is married resides with her husband and two dogs in Wassenaar, NL.
